We installed this a few months ago. We did not have access to our main plumbing under the concrete floor. This helped us avoid the hassle and cost of roughing in a new toilet plumbing pipes.It has been performing quite well. . Very Satisfied.

The macerator box was damaged, and by the time I assembled the toilet (four months later), I discovered it had a crack and was leaking. I filed a complaint, and a week later, Vevor sent me a replacement macerating pump. Being impatient, I had already ordered a new pump, which arrived before Vevor offered their solution. Now I have a spare pump. As for performance, it works great—quiet, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend it!

For the price, works pretty well all things considered. Had some difficulty getting the inlets to stay water tight, ended up sealing everything with silicone and haven't had any issues since. The pump float seems a bit over-sensitive but that may just be in part due to the small size of the reservoir. Would buy again in a pinch but wouldn't rely on for too long, definitely seems more like a temporary measure than long term solution.

It’s really not too bad of an install. The unit works as it should and flushes well. Still have to clean up and run the exhaust pipe. Luckily I had an outlet and easily accessible sewer pipe with a closet right behind the bathroom. Id buy it again.

If I didn't have to go under the house, it would have been completeld faster. This purchase and installation was so easy. My neighbor bought and installed one in his location. He already had plumbing in a wall near the location so he completed his without a plumber
