I'm new to using these machines and so any issues I have are due to my experience with this. It's very well made. Seems very rugged. My only problem is figuring out the right combination of platform \"sandwiches\". I'm still learning so I am hopeful that I will master this soon. Patience with myself is the biggest issue.
