I had high hopes for this die cutting machine. I’m an avid crafter and journal lover, so I work with paper and cardstock often. No matter how I use this die machine, it either will not glide through without putting so much pressure on it that I’m scared the handle will snap off. I’ve tried taking one 3 mm board out and then it is way to loose to put through and won’t cut at all. I’ve tried so many different ways to make it work and still, cannot get a cut from it. Even my husband tried finagling it in different ways but nothing worked. I’m so bummed out. I have the Sizzix Sidekick and also had a Sizzix big kick and never had this happen. It is a pretty machine though.

Purchase on July 28th I've been back and forth with your department I want a refund and I don't know I'm trying to get to the site and it won't let me I want a refund and I want to return this unit. Your service department Raymond D Washington

The directions were not as clear as I would have liked them to be but the machine for the most part is fine I had to go to YouTube and watch several videos on how to make it work right.... I shouldn't have to resort to going to YouTube for a product that I purchased from you guys I reached out on the 1-800 number or the customer assistance number no one returned my call it's fine I won't purchase again if this is the outcome from this company

I am first time using this tool for dicutting and it is not working as should. I have to use all the plates to get things to touch the surface but then it is too much. It does not go through and damaged the cutting plates already. I regret i bought this, wasted my money.

Unfortunately the machine came broken. Good after sale service.

I bought this machine and it worked well for the first while and was very happy with it. Then one of the cutting plates warped on me and was not able to get the warp out. I called customer service and was told they fjj ok not sell the plates only and they did not honour the warranty. I have not been able to find 9”‘plates to replace the warped one so my machine in unusable
