Vernünftiges Fassungsvermögen eines Wurstfüllers
Sehr gut geeignet bei halbflüssigem Brät (Blutwurst), weniger gut bei höherer Konsistenz. Das Brät wird über den Stempel gedrückt und muss mehrfach nachgefüllt werden (Bei Bratwürsten etwa).
