Bonjour, Très dessus je suis en communication avec le SAV depuis deux semaines, la boîte au lettre est arrivée rayé avec de nombreux défaut bosse ect.. Je me bat depuis pour obtenir l’échange ou le remboursement. On me propose 28 euros de remboursement. Je ne vous conseil vraiment pas. Triste de devoir réclamer son due.

The box is well built, it works good with small packages. I bought the box for the sole purpose of receiving multiple envelopes from a courier as stated in the description. The first time I used it with envelopes they got stuck on a lip above the door. I contacted Vevor about the problem and they had no solution and offered $ 20 for my troubles. I do not recommend this product because of this issue.

Ik ben zeer ontevreden over deze brievenbus. we hebben hem nu een jaar en de zwarte kleur is helemaal verkleurd en grijs geworden. Het ziet er niet meer uit. Ook zitten er op verschillende plekken als roestplekken. Ook gaat het deurtje niet lekker over en is stroef. al met al dus een grote miskoop

Zamówiłem u Państwa skrzynkę, jednak przesyłka do mnie nie dotarła. Do tej pory nie otrzymałem również zwrotu kosztów. Wysłałem już wiadomość e-mail w tej sprawie, ale niestety nikt się ze mną nie skontaktował. Jestem bardzo niezadowolony z tej sytuacji i proszę o pilne wyjaśnienie sprawy oraz zwrot pieniędzy albo ponowną wysyłkę zamówienia.

Absolutely the flimsiiest "anti-theft" box. The fron door and lock is so tin that you can easily pull it open with your fingers or a basic screw driver. This is NOT secure at all and is a complete waste of money

I have tried to contact customer service. Nothing will go through. Products seems to be a good product. Minus the keypad, not working and customer service. Contacts me about this and fixes the issue.

size is useless for most packages the drop shute gets in the way and takes up much of stated capacity when closed ..... I have installed it and it is never used by postman or delivery companies only letters........I love Vevor products usually

I have never received the package, the company made me waiting for over three weeks, and then refunded me. No discounted product was offered, which I think it's the least a company should do. So, I waited over three weeks for a product that never arrived to then getting my money back but still not having the product I need. Ultimately, not a reliable company and a very disappointing experience.

I waited for almost a month. Item was not delivered..tracking was useless. Thei customer service is very responsive. I wasted my time waiting and caused delay to my project. Refunded in full.

Trois semaines après avoir signalé qu’il manquait une vis, une seule (!) pour faire fonctionner la trappe de dépose de colis, Vevor n’a toujours pas été en mesure de m’offrir une alternative.
