Customer Reviews for VEVOR Car Refrigerator, 12 Volt Car Refrigerator Fridge, 37 L Single Zone Portable Freezer with Built-in Light, -4℉-68℉, 12/24V DC and 100-240V AC Compressor Cooler for Outdoor, Camping, RV

Cordialement C.P.

This $300 cooler arrived in a box with no bottom. The cardboard bottom was gone and the package was haphazardly taped on the bottom and held together with straps. There was a hole in the taped bottom upon arrival. The box was also shipped to me on its side despite several markings which way up as that’s important for refrigerator units. I sent a message to customer service and received an auto-reply saying I should get an answer within 24 hours. Several days later, no response received. This is my first and last purchase from Vevor

Having to have parts replaced already. Also have to disassemble it to take pictures of the inside of the unit for replacement part is not for the common person. Luckly i am an electrician and can do it but still, hoping this doesn't keep happening. Will keep yall posted.

Would be nice to see inside dimensions. Customer service sucks. Good luck trying to exchange for one you will be happy with!
