Wrong cable supplied and no warranty against malfunction from Vevor
Vevor falsely claims to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. My freezer didn’t work, and they refused to refund me. On top of that, the included 12V cable was not compatible with North American outlets. I received a partial refund to purchase a different cable, but I was never able to get a full refund for the freezer, even though I wanted to return it. Vevor wouldn’t accept the return, claiming that a non-functional freezer was not a sufficient reason.

Déçu de mon achat, la zone la plus froide (congélation) est la plus grande ce qui n’a aucun sens. On ne peux pas gérer les deux zones indépendamment. Ce n’est absolument pas écrit dans la description du produit. Je souhaite un échange contre un produit mono zone
