really really good - stable compared to most home gum models - might need beefier if you are a huge guy but MUCH better than those foldable jobbies thst feel like they will dump you over. very pleased esp for great price

This is a solid product. Im a large heavy individual at around 135 kg and this product is working very well for example back extension even while using extra weight. The foot pad could have better grip but works pretty good barefoot och with shoes. I recommend this product.

Very good for what I need

This is an inexpensive way to work out your lower back. It is solid. I am 6'1", 205 lbs and it has been very sturdy. I've never tried any other back extension bench other than at the gym (which was obviously a commercial grade). This one does the job.
