A very nice machine for home use! Lightweight and easy to assemble, adjustable for different heights. I use it for various types of extension/ hyperextension and also for push-ups as the handles are well positioned for that purpose. After a month of daily use (2 sets of 30 reps) I said good bye to my persistent lower back pain.

I saw a video about benefits to back extensions but machine was $400. This Vevor machine $60 including shipping. My back does feel better using it 2 to 3 minutes per day. Super sturdy. Thx for providing a cheap alternative, I highly recommend it.

Preis-Leistung hervorragend. Sehr stabil. Warum das Gerät nur für kleine Personen sein soll, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin 1,80 m gross und kann mir die Pads von den Knien bis zum Bauch schieben. Also von sehr kleinen bis sehr großen Personen nutzbar. Die Anleitung ist absolut ausreichend. Wer das Ding danach nicht zusammen bauen kann hat meines Erachtens andere Probleme. Also absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Deze rugtrainer is van goede kwaliteit, bovendien gemakkelijk te assembleren met behulp van een duidelijke gebruiksaanwijzing.
Laswerk is netjes en de afwerking is goed te noemen.
Bovendien zijn alle gebruikte moeren borgmoeren, blijven goed vastzitten.
Voor deze prijs een goed product dat snel geleverd wordt.
