What can I say? Extremely dissipated in this camera. Lets start with the good. The sonde works as described and is easy to locate and the actual cable is high quality. It does navigate effectively through sewer lines. Now the bad . This thing is a joke to navigate through the menu items. The keyboard is virtually useless if you cant use it to toggle through the menu. But the reason im leaving this bad review mainly is because the screen is absolutely horrible. Im not sure if its just mine but the quality of the picture is a joke . I can barley make out colors , and if the sun is out even a little bit there is no chance I am going to se anything important. And the screen tilts back with no spring resistance on the hinges so it puts itself directly in the suns path. Ive bought some really cheap low quality cameras from vevor that had 10x the visual quality in comparison to this one . Honestly im genuinely pissed I could get over all the quirks if I could see the dang sewer but I cant . Hooked the camera head from this into a old sanypiece camera that was broke and the picture was flawless. The montiro on this is a joke . If your a real plumber id advise you not to spend the money on this one. Vevor your a good company but you dropped the ball on this. Not happy.

Fungera alldeles utmärkt vid 2 tillfällen nu har den lagt av, barra ränder på skärmen. Ljusstyrkan är lite för svag i gamla rör. Kändes som att den inte tål vatten för 2 andra gången vi använde den så var det vatten i röret, då började det bli störning i bilden och någon linje som kom och gick.

Camera head is really small and has no attachments that you can buy for a riser. Looks like it was a normal size camera approach it but definitely not like a rigid camera. Has no usb slot so have to use micro sd cards. Just have it as a backup in case because otherwise pretty much trash.

to hard to pull in and out. don't go through alot of 3 and 4 inch cast iron pipe. I would to send it back and get a better one

Break easy, screen picture not a good quality

Ich habe diese Kamera neu gekauft und bereits bei der ersten Benutzung massive Probleme festgestellt. Der Kamerakopf hat einen Wackelkontakt, und schon nach dem ersten 45-Grad-Bogen kam es zu einem kompletten Bildausfall. Auch beim zweiten Einsatz trat dasselbe Problem auf. Ich musste den Kamerakopf ständig drehen, um überhaupt ein Bild zu bekommen. Während der Befahrung fällt das Bild regelmäßig aus, und es erscheinen schwarze Streifen. Ein zuverlässiges Arbeiten ist damit nicht möglich. Für den professionellen Einsatz ist diese Kamera absolut ungeeignet. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet. Zusätzlich wurde die Lieferung nicht wie versprochen zugestellt, sondern kam zwei Tage verspätet an. Ich werde die Kamera zurücksenden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr enttäuscht und kann dieses Produkt nicht empfehlen.

Can not get to aperson to see how to return a item

There is a bad connection from the reel to the monitor right out of the box. And after two uses in dirty air ducts the lens is all scratched and "foggy" looking (no longer a clear picture). It is usable, but not great. It is just poor workmanship and quality parts. But the price is good. If I get another one I would put a lens protector like for a cell phone camera on the lens. Also, trying to get the Vevor customer service to warranty or fix these machines is hard for me. I guess, I can't quite send them the right pictures or videos because they keep asking for pictures or video of the problem even though I have sent them. But because they are a low cost product, I just buy a new one instead of fighting their warranty system.

Horrible shipping. I was supposed to have it on 12/9 and did not receive it until 12/17. This is also the 3rd one we have purchased in 3 years. They only last about 1 to 2 years and then they break.
