Pros: it is industrial. It makes velvety white milk almost instantly, like magic. You can make high volumes of milk. It feels like it is has been solidly built and will last. The motor is strong. It comes with spare parts.Cons: it is industrial. It's heavy, it has sharp rough edges on some parts. It's fairly noisy and a bit messy. Definitely not a home appliance as it is not convenient in the sense that it is not quick and easy to use and clean. It doesn't come with instructions.BUT, I'm happy with it overall. I wanted to stop buying supermarket carton soy milk and make my own. I make a 4 litre (500g dry soy) batch each week that lasts a family of four the whole week. I'm aware I'm underusing this machine. The milk gets done in seconds. It's all the cleaning required afterwards that's time consuming.
