I could not have moved out of my 4th floor apartment if it were not for this. I was worried it would not be sturdy enough to handle heavier items but it held up well. I am thoroughly impressed. Wish I learned about the up/down cart sooner in life.Watch, however, that arms/shoulders are not pulled in lowering heavy loads. Has nothing to do with cart. Rather, safety.

It was very easy to assemble and arrived earlier than anticipated! Good product for the price.

Good quality to price ratio.Lack of good instructions could be difficult for some with less mechanical skills.Had to add felt protectors at supports that would contact the wood floor.

I love this cart for the stair climbing. But it is very ackward in door ways with a wider load. Plus it is unstable with a longer load as well. I will figure a way to use this cart for my massage table.

Loaded up the Christmas decorations from the basement and back and this certainly did the job. Used it to help a neighbor move his AC unit and again it did the job. Makes life a lot easier.

Great product, works as advertised. It is perfect for taking things up and down the stairs to our attic, we have a walk in attic. it is not a warehouse heavy duty work horse, but for everyday items it is perfect and very helpful. For what it was designed for, 330lb limit, it is ideal. If you have a lot of turns to do when going up stairs it is best not to load it to its maximum, but for under limit loads it works beautifully for us. we expect to be using it for many years to come.
