Would have been nice to have assembly instructions, but we figured it out.

this is a great product, I love it, I use it at work to carry huge bags of laundry up and down stairs.

We deliver chair lifts into people's homes so this dolly works well.

One of the reasons why I purchased this item is because of the favorable comments from other senior citizens about maneuverability up and down stairs. My reason for giving an overall rating of only four stars is because of the lack of assembly instructions. Someone else asked this question. There were two responses that were not helpful.

i will not be returning this product, it worked fabulously, i hauled my heaviest air conditioner down first. moved it down 2 flights of stairs to the basement from a second story in a duplex. it worked great, i even pulled upwards on it to test going up and i could move it upwards easily, so i will be able to bring them back up as easily as well. i did use a strap i have and i would recommend buying one (ex: AUDEW Ratchet Tie Down Straps 4 Pack Ratchet Straps 20 FT-1500Lb Break Strength Cargo Straps Heavy Duty Lashing Straps) to cinch it securely to the cart so there is no chance it would ever fall off, and using the enclosed bungee to hold up the leg when moving item. overall it worked very well and i wont be worried anymore about getting them up and down the stairs and needing help from undependable people. i can do it myself.

This climber has been an invaluable help especially when we moved this past summer. One can imagine how heavy boxes of books can be going up and down stairs. This thing was a trooper! Because of it's heavy duty construction, I didn't have to worry about damaging it or having it fall apart when taking a heavy box up/down the stairs.

Amazing product. From last 6 months I am using it almost every weekend to carry my groceries and recently I was able to use it to lift 200 pounds of stuff on stairs

Only used it a few times so far but so far so good.
