Overall its more than capable of doing what it's designed for. I'm happy with my purchase. The casing around the wheel for up/down handle is made of plastic. In time this will brake, Because of this I give it a 3 out of 5

After some use, this mill started making a screeching noise. All the gears are well-lubricated, so I suspect it's a build quality issue since the wear marks on the gears are not symmetrical. Returning it is a bit of a hassle, and I bought it at a huge discount, so I'm letting it roll—pun intended. It does its job well; it's just the noise. Maybe that’s why it was discounted. :)
