Assembly is not intuitive, and you end up with extra screws, at least there are more than needed, it is good. The assembly manual, is not a great help, but I have assembled similar stands, so for me it was not too complicated to figure out. Once assembled and the saw attached, the stand is nice and stable, easy to fold up and fold down and the wheels are very useful. For what it is price is on the high side.
