Cools the room instantly and will keep going all night..

The item has a strong motor and goes up to level 9 which pushes out a strong wind and seems to function as described mostly. The cooling feature does drop the temperature about 5 degrees when its hot and that is using cold water and the ice packs. It does come with a remote control which is nice and so far seems pretty durable. The look is sleek and I like that its not in the way. What I don't love is the process the clean the water tank - you have to unscrew the bottom in order to pull out the drawer that needs to be cleaned. Also, the cooling feature is not as strong as I hoped. That being said, I do not feel the price for this item is really worth it.

this is as good as I'd hoped. I'm not prone to 5 stars unless something significantly exceeds expectatoins, so the 4/5 does not impugne it. It replaced a smaller tower fan which failed a year or two ago. This one, being larger is definitely more powerful. I have only tried the evaporative cooling once, but living in a dry climate I trust it might work well if needed. I can't vouch for it. the amount of water available for evaporation, even with frozen packs seems limited,but might be useful for short strong cooling. Also in the dry climate, humidity is often a bonus to comfort.

Arrived early.Setup was very simple.The instructions are ez to understand.The unit operates without any issues. It is extremely quiet on low fan speed,at higher speeds it's normal. We have another unit, from a different company, this one outperforms it easily.It cools the room faster.We highly recommend this product.Buy with confidence. UPDATE: We've had the unit for awhile.. with 5 heat waves in our area,and counting, this unit is outperforming our expectations and is doing a better job than a similar unit that we also use.. more than pleased

Great for small spaces. Oscillating just as it should and super quiet so no extra noise when using it in your office. Perfect size and doesn’t take up too much space. Love that the option to use with or without the extra cool packs for those extra hot days. Easy to get together and keep clean has been a major help in this heat wave recently! Works great!

Well made, standing air cooling tower is very quiet at all speeds! Rapidly cools with extra-large fan wheel, quickly expels heat from room. I ran the large 4 Liter water tank all day and it cooled down a hot garage so that I could work all day organizing it. I ran this all evening in my bedroom and the fan has a 70° wide oscillation range, so cool air reaches the entire room. Easy to use. one-touch control for 4 modes also has a wireless remote control.  Space saving tower size is 12.1”D x 12.1\"W x 40\"H   **I couldn’t get the caps off the ice packs. No way to get them off without damaging the caps and not being able to get them back on so I couldn't test that.
