100 / 50 KG Welding Positioner
The positioner is mainly used for welding. By tilting the workpiece, you can make the weld in the horizontal, ship-shape, finding the best position to weld. The device can be fixed on the working table or specific tooling for clamping workpiece with manual welding, can also be used with a welding operation machine to achieve automatic welding.

0-90º Tiltable Table

Three-Jaw Welding Chuck
Three-Jaw Chuck is reinforced to prevent the weldment pieces from moving and falling. It is upgraded to be more accurate and more practical.
Anti-Slip Foot Switch
Using footswitch to control table rotation, the speed is regulated by the knob on the machine(0.5-5r/min step-less speed regulation).
Time-Controller Box
Time-controller can be furnished to control the working condition and working time, which can achieve the linkage of the positioner and welder. It is a multi-function control box.
Adjustable Welding Gun Support
