A1: 1. Use the pool pump to automatically pump water into the solar heaters.
      2. The heaters heat the water as it flows through the heaters.
      3. The heated water is returned to the pool through a hose.

      4. You can enjoy your heated pool without fuel costs.


Q2:  How effective are solar pool heaters?

A2: Proper sizing and correct installation will raise the pool temperature by 10°F. All you need to do is let the water circulate through the solar heater when the sun is shining. When it's cloudy or raining, the solar heater will become less effective at heating the water. After a day or two of warm weather, your water temperature will return to normal.


Q3: Where can I put the solar heaters?
A3:Where there is at least 6 hours of full sunlight during the day. The longer the solar heaters are in full sunlight, the more effective they will be. If mounted at a different angle (e.g., on a roof or shelf), they should be installed facing south.
