This machine is very well made (with one major exception), operates as advertised, is great value for money ... but aftersales service wasn't quite as expected.
Major issue is with the length of the power cord to the safety cut-out about 1.2m - which means its sits right in the water unless you have a friend to hold it out of the way - this should have been at least 2 or 3 metres longer.
They actually sent me the wrong size valve for the water connection - no problem, it happens, but then said that finding an adapter was my problem when I reported it. Not easy, had to cut a new thread in the receiver myself eventually.
Other than that, this is a great machine.
