During scale installation, ensure that the height direction is parallel to the mounting surface of the workbench with a tolerance of less than 0.1 mm. Ces règles ont été achetés pour les raccorder sur une visu DRO 2 axes achetée aussi chez Vevor
agréablement surpris par la qualité générale, c'est plutôt qualitatif et ça arrive bien emballé.
devant l'adapter sur une fraiseuse Sieg X2, j'ai du recouper les deux règles en verre après les avoir extraites du profilé en aluminium. la découpe avec un disque diamant de Dremel se fait bien, en prenant soin de bien fixer la réglette sur un support parfaitement plan.
par contre après découpe du profilé, il faut refaire deux filetage en M2, veillez à avoir des tarauds, car ça n'est pas la dimension la plus courante.
côté longueur des câbles, il y a de quoi faire, j'ai recoupé ceux ci et raccordé les prises car ça faisait vraiment du flexible en trop (qui sera réutilisé... comme gaine de cable de compteur de moto ancienne ! )
après raccordement et montage, qui nécessite jus de cerveau et pas mal d'adaptation sur une petite fraiseuse, la précision est au rendez vous avec la DRO, c'est vraiment très agréable de se concentrer sur un écran plutôt que sur les verniers.
petit bémol, il manque dans la gamme une série de régelttes plus courtes (genre 200 à 500mm) , ça m'aurait permis d'équiper la machine en 3 axes. ceci étant rien n'est perdu, la longueur restante de réglette me permet de me prémunir d'une éventuelle casse ou bien de recréer une réglette plus longue pour une éventuelle nouvelle machine, ou bien mon tour à métaux.
