Connected this up and it works, must use a shielded cable to prevent high frequency noise from tripping cnc controller. But very nice spindle with minimal runout. Scary fast at 18 000 rpm. Dont know if it is actually 3kw as i have stalled it many times withouth tripping any fuses, but just plug and play really so no complaints.
