I have never experienced a worse customer service or shipping experience. To make the story short, VEVOR has no way of tracking anything accurately, and CEVA outright lies. Wastes your time staying around to accept a shipment that never comes. Finally they offered for me to drive to the warehouse and pick up the item. Never doing business with either company again. Wise up! You both have terrible reviews online.

I never received my anvil! You sent it to my old address after I repeatedly told you my new one! I never received the form for my refund and will be reporting fraud to my bank if I don't get a refund of my $118 ASAP!

I never received the anvil even after reperated contacts with Vevor. My money was finally returned so I cannot write a review on the anvil. As there was no zero star rating I had to use the one for all except the price, which I would have appreciaated if I had received it.

I never received the anvil, so it is impossible to review it. I was sent a scissor jack instead, which I have no need for. I am supposed to be getting a full refund for the anvil. We will see. If you can't send the anvil then I won't be doing any more business with you.
