This was a complete package, Didn't have to buy anything extra. This was my first time installing a railing. It went pretty well.I was happy the bolts did what they were supposed to do.I had to install them into bricks. Tighten up very well but needed an extension socket to tighten the bolts closest to the step above the mounting. Very good product!!

Ok for the money
The hand rail was easy to install and well made. The only thing I_ not happy with it_ started rusting already the powder coating wasn_ the best quality.

LEARN ABOUT THE RAGBOLTS!
Rag bolts were not easy! You need to instruct folks concerning resin filler! It looks really good though slightly wobbly!I could do a much better job next time.....We obviously use it for a rail on steps up to our garage!

Easy install, looks and works great.
I am not the purchaser, just the installer. I just installed this for a neighbor-in-need, and it took about 10 minutes in total, and it looks great and will certainly function as needed and intended.Have a 3/8 concrete bit and a hammer drill. Stand the rail up, Mark the holes, move the rail and drill. Put the rail back in place, insert the anchors (hammer them down) and tighten with a socket. Cover the base plates with the covers that are included and go home...I am not a serial reviewer, but a product like this, that is so helpful to people that need it, is worth the time.
