Redelijk apparaat, Chinese kwaliteit. Nonius is niet te gebruiken. Niet geschikt voor nauwkeurig werken. Hier was de prijs ook naar.

The Milling work table needs to be returned as defective. Both the X and Y direction tables have .025" gaps in the crank turning shafts or the crank shafts are bent, creating an uneven, jerking effect in operating the handles. This defect creates an uneven movement of the table directions. Corrections needed, new or straitening the screw shafts, and or replacing the bearings/bushings that mount/control the concentricity of the tables screw shafts. Please authorize a return order for this "Milling work table" and authorize my full refund

Honnêtement, je suis très mitigé sur cette table X/Y... J'en voulais une depuis pas mal de temps, et j'ai économisé un peu pour ça. Je vais commencer par les points positifs : - Plutôt bien emballée ; - Semble qualitative à première vue ; - Table protégée ; - Réglages. Points négatifs : - Roues de réglages mal filetées, j'ai du acheter un taraud pour les tarauder de nouveau et pouvoir m'en servir ; - Les réglages tiennent "mal", et même bien réglés, il fini par y avoir du jeu dans la table... - Une des roues une fois serrée bloque l'axe X, j'ai du faire une petite bague pour pouvoir m'en servir, mais ça ajoute encore du jeu. C'est la première fois que je suis vraiment déçu par un article Vevor, alors au vu des avis, je suis sûrement tombé sur une mauvaise série.

I needed to drill a cirlcle of holes on my drill press. This was used in conjunction with a Vevor 4 inch rotary table. I had to disassemble this prior to use as the anchor for the Y axis thread dropped out of its location and jammed the table. Drilling and tapping a thread to hold a large body washer may fix this. While you’re down there …..i cleaned everything and lubed the parts with teflon spray.. The Y axis gibs are inconsistent - snug in one position, jammed tight further along its travel. I back them out, get it where I want it and lock them down.

No esta mal contruida pero es algo tosca y dura. Hay que ajustarla y limpiarla, No tiene un manejo facil.

Produits à modifier avant utilisation, inversion d'un des réglages de table sans cela la manette est dans la poutre de la machine, pas mal de bavure en enlever, malgré les réglages d'ajustement des guides,des points dur sont présents avec une légère ondulations lors de l'utilisation......

A set of 10x26x8 bearings ,a few shims and a lot of clean up made this milling table surprisingly good. If you are willing to put in the time you can't find a better table for this price. The fitment of the bearings needed a little machine work on the bearing pockets but other than that it was mostly clean up work. Polished the Gibbs and removed all the stray paint. I got mine on sale for about 60 something dollars and I feel like I stole it.
