This is amazing quality for the price. The manual was not high quality, with black and white photocopy quality. I had to search for a colour manual which was still not great quality. It turns out this is copy of other brands and their manuals are better. For instance, how do you use it without the check? It has the components for it but lacks instructions on when this would be used. What should I expect in the box? Did I get everything I was supposed to? what are the bolts I received actually used for? The adjustments are also unclear. And yet, that said, the build quality and features for this price point are exceptional. The chuck alone is almost with this price. The shipping was days slower than advertised, and yet full tracking was given and even the postage was reasonable for the weight. Their call centre was also very hard to get through. I called and they tell me there's nobody to speak to and hang up on me. I had to try half a dozen time but when I did get through to someone they were able to help very quickly. This overall a great item and although Vevor's shipping time and customer service needs attention, I will definitely be buying more from Vevor.

I was pleasantly surprised to the quality of the dividing head. I haven't checked the accuracy yet with a Sign Bar, but will report later if inaccurate. The grinding / finish is pretty good, but as all off shore tools the de-burr had to be done. Stoned off all the sharp edges. The 3 Jaw has a runout of .003 which is respectable for the price.

Bien, sauf que maintenant, j'ai besoin d'effectuer un pignon de 51 dents module 0,8 mais il me faut une plaque d'indexation de 51 trous ou un multiple de 51, ce que je n'ai pas; est-il possible d'en acheter uns correspondant?

I looked at second hand dividing heads on ebay for a long time, but they were well worn. In the end I decided on a new unit and wasn't disappointed. Not so certain how long the rapid indexing location pin will last up, but it is easy to replace if it wears. It is a very solid head and suitable for any machine shop, let alone a home engineering workshop. Buy with confidence.

Wie gewohnt bei Chinaware sind messerscharfe Kanten keine Seltenheit. Das ist aber kein Hindernis, weil man ja sowieso alles auseinander baut, um dieses eklige Schmieröl zu entfernen. Die Genauigkeit des Morsekegels und des Backenfutters liegt beides bei 1/10 mm, so lala. Durch das Kegellager lässt sich die Drehachse spielfrei einstellen.

Bon produit sauf le mandrin n'est pas un Sanou Délai respecté ( bravo aussi à UPS )et transport gratuit . Très content de mon achat. Quel mandrin 4 mors est il possible de monter ?
