Great value for the price. But be aware, especially for the EU model/plug. The EU plugs are symmetrical so you cannot be sure which one is the live or the neutral. And the transformer's main switch switches only one of them. And depending on your 'luck' or 'un-luck', it may break the neutral and not the live wire. And you may mistakenly think you are safe as you switched off the variac, but in reality your device is still on the live wire. So be very careful. My other note is that without any load it trips the breaker on startup sometimes. I think this is because the high inrush current of the transformer. So you may need an inrush current limiter or start always by setting the transformer to zero and increase the output voltage after you switched it on first.

I am very satisfied with the product, it met my expectations. It has a wide range of output voltage, and is easy to operate. It is well constructed.

A very good device for what I use it for. It does its job very well and indicates the value quite accurately.

The product is working without problems. The weight of the product is heavy, which is to be expected. The display consistently shows about 4V difference.

The package arrived quickly and was well packaged. The device works quietly and reaches 320V. If only there was a current meter... :)

Absolutely essential for the electrician's workshop. It's just that the child safety feature in the socket annoys me. I don't always plug in the plug, and then it can sometimes be a problem. Otherwise, it's absolutely great, it does exactly what it should. Info for buyers without electrical engineering education. The output is not isolated from the network! For work - to isolate from the network, it is good to connect it through an isolation transformer 230/230 VAC.

Works fine, the wiring inside was a bit dodgy but i fixed it. Overall it's a decent variac for the money.
