Customer Reviews for VEVOR 20V 2.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery - High-Capacity Replacement Battery Pack for Power Tools Batteries, Compatible with 20V Cordless Power Tools

They don't make a charger for this battery, do not by it!

I was supposed to receive my order on 28 November. I contacted customer service twice, but they did nothing. When I see their reaction, I'm afraid I'll have problems with my machine. I asked them to send me a replacement battery, but they haven't responded.

What wrong with you people. The batteries were junk, made wrong and did not fit tool. You said you would return my funds. Where is my money?

I am not too happy with this purchase it's a replacement battery for my cordless drill and when I received the battery it will not work with the charger that came with the drill so basically I have a battery that's no good because once it goes dead I have no way to charge it I got a hold of customer service and it's been about a week now and haven't heard a thing so I guess I'm just out 26 bucks and got a one-time use battery I would not recommend buying extra batteries until they figure out how to make them to match the chargers that they sell with their tools

This might be a great battery, but it's useless if I can't charge it. Yes, it works in my 1/2 inch Vevor drill - but it doesn't fit the charger that came with that drill. So a one-time use battery? That's terribly expensive.

my chargers don't fit the battery, what good is it?

This battery does not fit the trimmer. I purchased them for waiting on a response from customer service for an exchange.
