This was used to convert 110volt supply to 220volts in a small shop to run a mig welder.The results are satisfactory.

It's a very useful device. I would have preferred the 110V to 220V switching button on the back to be easier to access and protected from accidental switching

Liked it so well, I bought the3,000 W. Just hope they work well when I need them.. I've said all that is necessary. Requesting a certain number of characters. Is ridiculous.

It is a Ferrite core transformer, and it is high-efficiency. Wey well made. The device works 110V to 220V AC and 220V to 110V AC by flipping a switch. The voltage very depends on your power. There is an independent Voltage meeter for each outlet side. Very useful I bought it for other purposes than it is design. It is an autotransformer, and there is nothing wrong with that. I was hoping that I get an insulated transformer, I'm still going to use it.
