I spent $106.89 for this item. But I never received it. The seller is a scammer. Don’t even think you can save some bucks to buy from them. You will regret from buying from them

This product does not make 240v suitable for the north american market. I really wish the description would have had a wiring diagram showing the output. North american 240v is two wires with 120v and a ground. The two 120v lines add up to 240v. This product makes 240v on one line, then a neutral, and a ground, just like how our 120v outlets work but with 240v instead. I had hoped to hook this up to my generator, which is 3500w 120v and this would let me run my 240v well pump, septic pump, and furnace fan, but it can't do that. The transformer has 3 wires, a line in, line out, and neutral, depending which way the switch is flipped it will either step up or step down, unless there's something I'm missing it can't make two lines of 120v like is required in north america. I'm sure that the product works fine for power European products, but not suitable for here. The reason I wrote this review is that I hope the product will get an updated description showing that it outputs 240v on a single wire and neutral and ground, and hopefully nobody will plug in a north american 240v appliance and fry it.
