How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

I truly love the set of hand rails I just received. They are perfect and everyone loves them. My husband likes them as he feels much safer when he uses them to get down the front steps.

An excellent product with very good customer service. Easy to assemble and install. We used stainless steel studding and specialist resin to secure to crazy paving.

excellent produit, facile à poser.
une suggestion:
demandez sur quel support voulez vous poser la rampe lors de la commande (béton, bois, ...)
Cela vous ferait économiser des vis.
Cordialement

Very high quality. Simple installation. Really good value. Only negative is the supplied fasteners are very poor quality and I ended up purchasing some good generic anchors at local building supply. I would suggest that the vender include decent fasteners and raise price $8. Overall I am more than satisfied.
