I like the bigger hopper and not having to reload every couple of cranks. I had a much smaller stuffer previously. Seems well made however as I've read elsewhere it could have some potentially sharp edges if you're not careful. Another concern I have is the fact that you're left with sausage stuck in hopper with no way to stuff. Suggestions?

Whist it states professional, it fall far short of this it is very light weightr & takes two to run it one to turn the handle & the other to feed the sausage, also need bolted down firmly or it will be all over the place. Try & find a heavier machine if possible.

Better than I expected

My husband like it a lot.It is worth the money and it is easy to clean.

Simple and works well. The large capacity is well worth the price. Cleans up easy also. Great product!

This is a amazing stuffer. Although I did make some simple mods to it. 1) I bought 2 small cutting boards that were larger than the base. 2) taking the unit off the base and setting it on the plastic cutting boards. 3) drill 4 holes into the cutting board, and using longer bolts. Secure stuffer to cutting boards. I used stove pipe bolts ( rounded heads ) the edges on this unit are very sharp and will cut you. Or it will mark up the surface upon which you are using. And guys your wife will kill you if you mark up her counter tops, so put a old dish towel under unit before you start to use this
