Customer Reviews for VEVOR Cold Spark Machine, 500W Output Fireworks Controller, 6.6-13ft Adjustable Height, with Advanced DMX System,LED Screen,Portable Handle, HeavyDuty Aluminum Alloy for Stage DJ Wedding Event,Party

We ordered four more of these in plenty of time to get them in time for our program on December 7th. HOWEVER, they were delivered on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and were not left at our front door. Another attempt was made on the day AFTER Thanksgiving, and our offices were closed, and it was not left at our front door. When I went to look for them, I discovered that they had been returned to the company. I called the customer service number and don't feel it was handled the best. There was plenty of time to reship them, but I was given that option. It was sort of laughed off, and I was told we would get a refund. We would love to continue making purchases with your company, but shipping needs to get an overhaul.
