Hello, I am writing to notify you that approximately two months ago I purchased four of these machines for an event for my daughter. When I went to use them, one of the machines — the one with the serial number shown in the attached photo — did not turn on properly. The unit has power, but the screen does not turn on and the machine is not functioning. I would like to know if this product is still under warranty and if it can be repaired or replaced. I bought two cold spark machines and only one works. I have been trying to reach the company to let them know the machine doesn’t even turn on. Can I please replace it or send me my money? I have not been able to reach nobody. They have a phone number that nobody answers. They say they’ll get back to you and don’t. I am still trying to reach them.
