Compré esta máquina destascadora porque parecía robusta, y en efecto, la estructura es sólida. Sin embargo, la sirga es un poco débil para trabajos más exigentes. La primera unidad que recibí llegó defectuosa, probablemente debido al servicio de paquetería. Inicialmente, me ofrecieron devolverme solo una cuarta parte del precio si me quedaba con la defectuosa, pero tras insistir, no pusieron más inconvenientes y me enviaron una máquina nueva. Aunque el proceso fue algo lento, estoy satisfecho con el reemplazo

Overall the cleaner seems durable and well built it n looks very good for such a tool . It’s heavy as expected you really need to buy one with wheels otherwise your backs going to suffer. Thus unit had no tool tray do I had to make my own , not a deal breaker but it shows one in the manual , but not on the actual website so I may overlooked the obvious. It’s really quiet considering what. It’s used for , the durability of the future I’m. It sure of since I just have gotten this machine. I do expect it to last many years as I’m not a big user , maybe a few times a year since I’m on a septic tank .I do like the auto feed of the cable It works quite well , the 1/2 cable should be stout enough for the clogs I’ll encounter. I only bought 50 ft , I will likely buy 100 ft cable since I can exchange this for really long drains outside my house and the price is much better on vevor than anyone else . I did get a better profit machine on here than a big box store. Shipping for me came by fedex in two days time . If your in the fence and your drain is giving you a lot of headaches I personally think it’s worth the money to not worry about the future clogs your likely to get .

Pour le prix rien ne justifie de tant écart suivant les modèles, Il me semble que le câble est trop faible pour la longueur. Pas de mode emploi en Français obligé de tout traduire, surtout qu'il y a beaucoup de choses à faire attention avant la mise en route afin d'éviter les dangers.

Tjis machine works great for my needs. Will pay for itself within a year or less. Have used it twice and it did the job.

Il fonctionne bien et a déjà débouché une 10 aine de canalisations. Par contre le cable rouille en surface et est parfois dur à rembobiner. Par contre c'est efficace et j'utilise les différents accessoires et embouts en fonction de la largeur des tuyaux.

Purchased August 10, 2026. Used it to clean a 6" downspout line about 75' long worked great. The next day went to clean a 3" floor drain line and got in about 35' did not feel any binding or any thing and then it snapped inside the drum. Can't get the cable to move. The cable snapped way to easy, didn't feel any resistance on the cable or binding. Big disappointment, not very happy

Never buy anything again from this company . Don’t trust is any free return. Give me hard time when I want to return this item and the company said I have to pay for return the shipping. Or give me partial from now he money and you keep it. It’s pushing me to keep the item. Never order any thing again for this website nam .

The cable kinked on the first use and needs to be replaced because it will not retract into the drum.

How do we get the cable retract? We have tried everything and read the instructions but it still will not retract. It was cheaper to hire a plumber than to get this thing. Want to sell it.
