Great price, first time I used it the wheels collapsed, it's a very heavy machine, it needs better wheels. I'll have to go and buy some aftermarket industrial wheels.

Item would not go out more than 15-25ft then got tangled on the retrieval. I managed to get it all fed back in. But did not go through the hassle of dismantling the drum to redo cable. It was my first time using this unit so I just asked for a replacement..

The machine arrived on time, and everything was included. Assembly was easy. We normally use RIDGID machines, and compared to them, this machine felt quite clumsy. We also noticed that the cable was very soft and would tangle under even small pressure.

It is not the right machine for the big evacuation of your house or main drains. It's not very strong and there is only one speed. I also think that more accessories should be made or added.

Kinda difficult to put together had to push by hand witch wasn't what it said it would be like.

Two things that concern me One the 100 foot cable Had a few small kinks in it. The basket is not big enough for a 100 foot of 1/2 inch cable. Would I recommend this machine Maybe if it had a bigger basket yes ,but Their engineers or whoever assembled this should have known better I work for Roto Rooter at one time I own my own drain cleaning business so I should know that basket is too small for 100 foot cable It barely fits in there. The problem with getting stuff from overseas is they never fully Describe the entire item and you can't ever get a hold of them. So unless somebody calls me next time I won't be getting anymore drain cleaning equipment from them I need to make sure the basket is the right size. Good luck if you buy this?

I don’t received full pocket figment missed around part with teeth’s how can I have?

Buyers Beware! When i ordered this machine on the online site I thought I was ordering what was pictured beside the description and price. I received a completely different one. I contacted the company in which you absolutely can not speak to an actual person and was given the run around which I finally got tired of and gave up. So I am stuck with something I didn’t order. I run a business and any reputable business person knows that is not the way to do business. I guess it’s Vevors strategy. Bait and switch and stick you with it. Apparently they are big enough to operate this way. I won’t purchase from Vevor again.

Look i need a replacement bladder & its been a week of going back & forth with you, whats the point of paying for warranty, when the phone number is always busy busy, left on hold & then i saw facebook group, getting anything done through warranty is like pulling teeth with vevor. I got my part from EBAY, I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING from VEVOR & will not buy anything from this company again & leave review of nightmare with this COMPANY

I would love to be able to give an appropriate review but the wheels and the axle don't match, been waiting for a remedy but nothing yet
