Worked out great initially. It would heat up our pool no problem, even with running out lights and pump on the same circuit. Started leaking after 3 months of use.

Joe s Unhappy, unit lost refrigerant in 2 weeks
The shipping was extremely rough. They put forklift tongs through the box. Look like the unit had been dropped a few times hooked it up. It did work for a few weeks. Heated the pool? Great at above 80° air temperature. Anything below 80°. It struggles the unit broke after two weeks of use. The refrigerant is leaked out
Unit no longer works contacted vevor support for replacement. I have gotten automated messages saying they will contact me.But so far not a peep. This is a problem that should be handled.Immediately.

De warmtepomp werd direct betaald en correct geleverd , toen ik de pomp uit de verpakking haalde bleek echter dat de motor van de schroef los in het toestel lag , dit viel niet direct op ; slechts toen er daglicht in de pomp scheen zag ik een printplaat en daarbij de los hangende motor. Het toestel was nog niet aangesloten en kon dus direct terug gestuurd worden . De klantenservice heb ik direct verwittigd , fotos van de beschadigde delen er bij en inmiddels zijn we 7 dagen verder zonder een deftige reactie . De service van Vevor blijkt ondermaats te zijn en ik denk er niet meer aan , even als een grote vriendenkring van mij hier ooit nog iets te bestellen . Ik had evengoed 538 euro in de vuilbak kunnen smijten . Het is moeilijk hier een vriendelijk woord over te zeggen. Dirk Daems Boechout , Belgie

I bought a pool heater and it’s wasting of money. It’s not working at all . Wasting of money. Never heat pool. cheaper item never worth it. Not worth it to buy this kind of product very bad product.

Der Artikel kam beschädigt an. Vevor will die Wärmepumpe nicht zurücknehmen. Der Kundenservice ist die reinste Katastrophe. Finger weg.

Unit did not work when installed. Response is slow because it takes 2 days to get anyone to answer the problem. No technical troubleshooting available. It took 3 weeks for them to decide to refund the money. I believe that they have AI handling these issues as all the 21 responses were identical. Still trying to get them to tell me how to return the unit!
