es buen_imo de mucha calidad

This is anvil is a great price and it came with an extra hammer. It shipped fast and is exactly what I expected. I like cold working sheet metal to make and to modify armor pieces. I'd been using a 12" x 12" plate of 3/8 inch thick AR500 steel up until this point but I am happy to have a real anvil to work with for many reasons. With patience, hammer control, and this anvil I can't go wrong.KU

Good for beginners

Use full tool.$90 for a cast iron anvil.Cast iron is brittle and soft.The anvil dents easily but thats to expected from cast iron.Don't use a 10lbs hamer on it ,you'll brake it.If it becomes to much dented flip it upside down on a belt grinder.Otherwise spend $250 for Carbon steel one

Nach dem Auspacken gleich probiert, es gibt einen hellen Klang beim Schlag mit dem Hammer auf die Ambossbahn. Also d_fte sie wirklich geh?rtet sein. Die Kanten halten bisher auch sehr gut, das wird sich aber sicherlich erst mit der Zeit und l?ngerem Gebrauch zeigen. Er hat eine sch?ne breite Arbeitsfl?che, die f_ kleine bis mittlere Vorhaben wirklich ausreichend ist. Trotzdem er nur 30 kg hat und sich somit leicht transportieren l?sst, fehlen weder rund- noch Flachhorn und obwohl er nicht auf dem Holzblock angeschraubt ist, steht er stabil ohne zu wackeln. F_ mich zum Messerschmieden ideal.

It's a smaller anvil, as expected, but functionally it works as intended, even if there was some confusion/issue with the shipping. Still, it's an anvil, and it works.

Was just what he wanted. And arrived sooner than expected,! Felt the price was reasonable and super heavy

66lb model Works great, it_ solid cast steel and has great rebound.

Great starter anvil

Well I got it in blue, was hopping for the black as others had mentioned. I "heat an beat" on some cold roll 3/4" square stock round, made a heck of a nice holdfast with this anvil for this anvil. worked real nice. I used silicone rubber mats under it and clamped down to stop the nice ring it rang. Bests value for a "real steel" anvil i have found thus far. Remember the 66lbs is good steel, the 55lbs is iron...
