The pole saw has a long very sharp blade,good for cutting using long even strokes on the branches.Excellent for oak branches and ash tree branches.On maple branches the saw teeth clog abit.This pole saw being extra long can reach those high branches without an extension ladder. Just take your time if you have all pole saw extensions deployed.I have used it so many times that it has easily saved me from paying a arborist fee.

Good value and sharp blade. Very flexible when extended to 75% of max length and hard to control. Good for trimming soft tissue limbs like the flowers on my Queen palm tree 25' tall. Not good for hard wood. Great alternative to the high end Silky saw. Good for my needs.

The saw blade went right through the wood with ease. And as the saw blade can be used without the pole, it is great for up close work on the ground.However, the poorly made extension pole lost a little, unattached piece of plastic and now the pole won't lock into position.
