We ordered this to make our sausages as using the current food processor attachment required us to put the meat through the machine twice which reducing it to a very fine paste.This machine is great, it is heavy meaning it does not need to be clamped to the work surface, it also is easy to fill and prepare. The nozzles are great as you can put a huge amount of casing on each nozzle as they are parallel tubes rather than our food processor nozzles which are tapered making it difficult to put on any large amount of casing.The low speed handle is more than adequate to fill casings very swiftly!We have not yet attempted to use the fast handle as I suspect this would be the basis for a comedy skit given the speed that the slow handle produces filled casings!The machine is very simple to clean and there is only a small amount of minced meat that does not get into the nozzle when it emptied but that is just enough to make a breakfast sausage patty.It is a great machine and should last for many years.
