I made 50lbs of beef sticks and it worked like a dream. With the small tube it cranked very easily compared to my big name brand stand up 15lb sausage stuffer. The only complaint I have is I wish the inside of the stuffer was polished like the outside. The brushed finish on the inside is a little tougher to clean. We have processed our own wild game and butchered our own beef and pigs forever. Have been around this game my entire life. Works really well and can_ beat the price!

I filled the holder right to the top and had a half pound extra. I started to crank with one hand and guide the casing with the other (now that was a first as opposed to two people working). I emptied the holder plus adding the extra and finished in under 10 minutes. I had been using a stand mixer with the stuffer attachment, no more, I've found the ultimate answer and replacement. It's all stainless steel, so the parts, that can, go in the dish washer. There is a silicone gasket around the push plate, be sure to take that off, it can still go in the washer.

Stuffed 30 lbs of sausage. Really fast. Easy to clean. Expensive but worth it. Bought a cheap one last year that broke on first use at spot welds. This is thick stainless and seam welded. It will certainly last forever.

I make homemade sausage. I find the product very useful, easy to use. It only takes getting used to how fast it shoots out the meat. Otherwise, it_ good a value!
