I bought the VEVOR package delivery box recently, and overall the build quality is solid and it looks sturdy once installed. However, I had an issue with the top part not closing properly, which is disappointing because it affects the security and weather protection. I checked the installation and followed the instructions carefully, but the alignment still seems slightly off or the lid mechanism doesn’t fully seal. It feels like either a design flaw or a quality control issue with my unit. Aside from that, the box itself is heavy-duty and spacious, and it seems like it would work well if everything fit correctly. I just wish the top closure mechanism was more reliable. I may need to contact customer service or request a replacement part.

for the price i paid for this box its not worth it, The box came damaged, it seams was dropped during transit, the metal very light weight will not withstanding theft or break in.

Ik kocht de pakketbrievenbus en al sinds dag 1 problemen met het cijferslot , meermaals proberen chatten naar een oplossing maar krijg een gesprek met de vraag alles door te sturen en dan ging ik binnen de 48u een oplossing krijgen maar enige wat ik te horen krijg is alles is opgelost terwijl er helemaal niets gebeurd is en ik nog steeds met hetzelfde probleem blijf zitten , geen aanrader om aan te schaffen !!

Le problème est au niveau des serrures, les livreur ne peuvent pas l'ouvrir car la serrure n'est pas normalisé pour la france. Donc il faut que je change les serrures.

La calidad del material es pésimo,chapa muy delgada que con solo mirarla se dobla,el sistema de recepción de paquetería se bloquea constantemente y está mal diseñado ,es muy amplio la parte que recibe la paquetería con una boca de recepción muy pequeña . Hay cosas mejores en mercado realmente no merece la pena.

Paketkasten wirkt robust, aber Montageanleitung unbrauchbar da Fehlkonstruktion. Deckel lässt sich bei Montage an Wand oder Zaun nur öffnen wenn man Holzleisten darunter montiert, da sonst Abstand zu gering. Da wurde leider nicht mitgedacht, schade.

Instalation ist etwas hakelig, aber soweit ok. Ich habe die mitgelieferten Schrauben und Dübel probiert. Die taugen aber leider nicht viel. Nachher habe ich mir Edelstahlschrauben besorgt und ins Fundament eingegossen. Mit einer unterlegten Gummimatte funktioniert es dann auch ganz gut. Ich habe die als Transportsicherung gelieferten Kunststoffmatten in den Kasten eingelegt, die den Aufprall der Pakete beim Einwurf dämpfen. Leider ist der Briefschlitz nicht entnahmesicher und man kommt nur über die große Heckklappe an die Briefpost. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist leider sehr ungenau und die Zeichnungen sind unscharf und teilweise verwirrend. Wetterschutz funktioniert bei uns gut.
