caught fire after about 2 hours use

I purchased this product to remove popcorn ceiling and found it difficult to hold up and maneuver!!! Vacuum system didn't preform well either!!! This product should work better form actual dry wall sanding and not popcorn removal!!!

I purchased sander and when it arrived , I determined that I have bought sander that I cannot use for my project . I tried to return and had to jump through hoops to try to return . But they said I could not and if i did I would have to pay postage and a restocking fee and that it will be at my own risk . They would have to check to see if I used. Finally they sent an email that they would credit me $80.00 and keep item . Please beware when you are buying from this company shady customer service I will never buy anything from this company again and will let friends and family know too.

Does not work properly complete waste of money i had to sand my hand.

I used this machine for almost an hour before it failed. Vevor refused to replace it even though it was 1 day from delivery. After many attempts to get a replacement, they sent me a pile of parts to replace myself. Terrible customer service after I have spent so much with them. Avoid this purchase as it's junk.

Worked great on the first day second day would not work Completely impossible to return Sent many return requests same robot message comes back No return label no address no phone number nothing It’s been weeks beware easy to purchase impossible to return!

not worth the money

This sander has very poor vacuum capability. They say 80% - videos show this as well. However truth was for the machine I bought it was very poor and 80% became dust in the room -hardly nothing got into the vacuum bag and that was following all instructions. In addition, the feedback and support was very poor -one comment was just use your town vacuum cleaner! Another use it on the highest setting only (which still didn't work)/. There was a refusal to replace the machine and clearly lack of confidence it would help - so the impressions was they did not have much confidence in their product, They gave a third refund and allowed me to keep the machine but that is not going to pay for a special purpose plaster dust vacuum cleaner!

Was a week late so could not use it as I had to do the job.
