Poor shipping with DHL
I love the VEVOR Upright Automatic Ice Cream Maker with Built-in Compressor, 2 Quart No Pre-freezing, but this is the second product that I ordered that came with DHL and up to a week late with delivery. I will not purchase anything else if they are using DHL.

Afraid of long-term quality
The unit is easy to use, but after about 5 batches, the gears are starting to skip when the ice cream reaches its intended hardness. With the first few batches, the unit stopped as intended when the hardness was reached, but now the gears have started to skip. I have to be nearby to press the stop button once the gears begin skipping. I was so hoping this unit would be a long term purchase. Debating on requesting a replacement or just sending back for credit.

La gelatiera ha funzionato le prime 5/6 volte, poi ha iniziato a bloccarsi appena il gelato inizia ad addensarsi ovvero dopo circa 20 minuti dall'avvio (per fare il gelato ne servono 45). Richiesta assistenza il 24/04 con video del problema. ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE. ABBIAMO RICEVUTO SOLO MAIL STANDARD GENERATE DA INTELLIGENZA ARTIFICIALE. Continuerò a scrivere ma mi sto rassegnando all'idea di avere buttato dalla finestra 150 euro. STATE ALLA LARGA.

Die Eismasse lief 2h in der Maschine und war immer noch nicht gefroren. Beim nächsten Mal die Masse 4h vorgefroren, hat auch nicht funktioniert. Leider ist diese Maschine unbrauchbar.

I bought three of these ice cream makers. Two of them were broken out of the box. They wouldn't freeze ice cream. Wasted way too much custard. Do not buy this machine. They are junk!

Dit product voldoet NIET aan de verwachtingen. Het ijs kristalliseerd en de textuur is niet prettig. Verder ben ik al bijna 2 weken bezig om hem retour te sturen maar Vevor blijft er maar omheen draaien. Ik ben totaal NIET tevreden over het product of de klantvriendelijkheid van Vevor.

Missing bowl
The item was sent in a banged up box to start. It was wrapped and given as a gift. When opened, the bowl was missing. Impossible to make ice cream without it. When I emailed customer service, back and forth, they seemed confused and unwilling to help. Going to try to get my money back.
