Does not freeze unfortuneatly
Unfortunately mine has a problems with it. Even after letting it sit on a level surface first for 4 hours, than overnight, it cannot chill the bowl enough to freeze anything. Something is probably wrong with the compressor or the cooling system and I will likely have to return mine. It is also very loud and gets rather hot. Don't know if that is also normal for operation or if its just my unit being defective. Side note I wish it came witch second paddle for making gelato. I don't think I'll replace it with the same unit.

Big dissapointment
Never worked. Costumer service is extremely slow. Item delivered on time and appeared to be in good shape. Tried to make a batch with the kids and after an hour it was still liquid. Didn't even feel slightly chilled. After waiting two days for a response from customer service all I got was "The Item doesn't chill in stir mode." Four days later and I still haven't heard back from my response to that.
