So far so good. Works as it should makes ice fast.

Absolutely a great ice maker. Easy to set up and makes a good quality ice and very fast. I’d seen where others had issues with dents on delivery but mine came in unharmed. 🙏 Since this unit is being used for personal purposes i probably should have gotten a unit with a smaller storage capacity. Even if I had gotten a smaller storage unit this ice maker makes ice quickly enough to have plenty of ice. I only gave four stars for the reasons below: 1. The unit is a little louder than I had expected, both from the motor running and the crashing noise of every new batch of ice falling into the storage bin. 2. When the unit is making ice the motor and compressor put off quite a bit of heat. My unit is in the laundry room so the heat builds up fast in a smaller room. Good for the winter but not summer. 3. The delivery was timely however it was shipped in two separate deliveries. I only received a tracking number for the storage bin and no tracking information for the compressor. It was delivered to someone else’s house and i didn’t know until a neighbor told me. 4. In reference to the problem listed in #3 I tried to contact their service department to see when and where the compressor unit had been delivered. I hate to say this but service is horrible and almost non existent. I basically got a AI text message saying it wasn’t their problem and I needed to contact the third party shipper. That’s not the Way to treat customers . I’ll add this footnote that you can’t contact them by phone, ONLY by their online chat bot or email. Even with those aggravating issues I would buy this unit again. Note: I’ve had this unit running for almost three months. No complaints.

Machine works great so far. Im a carpenter and use ice 75% of the year so this machine should pay for itself in no time. Hooked it rite up and it went to making ice. Easy to adjust the thickness. I like the thicker ice because it lasts longer.

It seems to work well after getting repair parts sent to me. The LCD screen did not work when received and had to be replaced. Support was good but it took forever and many emails to determine and get the part. Almost two months.

Bin door could be better quality, flimsy and needs to be insulated. Better seal on the bin door also. Instruction manual does not have enough information, could be better written and instruction on how to set the time and other uses.

Good quality product, easy to assemble; only need an instruction manual to explain how to change the settings.

Fast delivery, easy set up

Decent machine for good price. Instructions on the operation and settings could be better and how to change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit would be good. Makes ice quickly.

It makes ice really good but it does not stop making ice and will overflow out the door so we have to turn it off daily so this does not happen. Tried to get some technical support but Vevor does not have a tech support department so I can't get it figured out
