We installed it and it worked for few days and now no intake water and stop working

It never came they lost it in transit I asked for a replacement and they insisted I get a refund . the whole process took over a month

3 Months later, the compressor broke down.

Stopped working have 2 months VEVOR ISNT HELPING WITH ANYTHING!!

This machine is for super light use When you got problems and you call tech support They don’t answer right away They send you an email in the next 24to 48 hrs I told my friend to turn off machine until they answer back later mainly no ice during all that time In my job hvac I got tech support almost instantly because we are in the field getting machines fixt Not sure why Vevor don’t offer instant tech support like major brand ice machine companies Also metal getting lots of rust only in few months

Machine qui a travaillé pendant deux jours, excellent fabrication de glaçons au top et l’heure d’aujourd’hui est en panne avec un code erreur 011. Je suis frigoriste de métier et la machine est en panne à cause d’une fuite de gaz. Le condenseur est froid pour les frigoristes, ils comprendront un peu déçu

produit nul ne fonctionne pas. impossible d'avoir un service client en ligne. impossible d'avoir de l'aide. NUL je ne recommande pas. minable. réponses uniquement via la messagerie du site qui demande des videos et photos que j'ai envoyé à plusieurs reprises le matériel fonctionne pendant 10 jours puis tombe en panne et pas de solution de dépannage proposée RIEN

I bought this ice machine. It run great from mid January to June. Where it just failed. I reached out to vevor customer care. Automated. Emails back and forth. No solution to my problem. I have a one year warranty on the machine and even a purchased a 3yr warranty just to know that there product had enough support to let me go one with business as usual. In short in less than 6 months of operations. The ice maker failed. Reaching out to customer care did not give me a solution. Paid for extra warranty protection. For what. ?? If your product fails and you cant even have the decency to call the client even after numerous emails and chats with your bot. Thats not honest business practice Am very mad at vevor. You offer better quality product at better prices but have no support teams to back you up. Now I have this huge junk machine sitting there. 3 weeks I had to buy tones of ice to sustain the business needs. Is that fair????
