Never received

Very disappointed! I was already skeptical of using Vevor. Seems like communication was through AI and not a real person. I received the bottom of the ice maker and not the top that actually makes the ice. Had to email for the status. Was told unfortunately it was sent back to the warehouse with no reason. But they would give me a full refund. I asked could they send the maker back out and they said unfortunately no and they would send a full refund. So now I have a bottom and no top.. They didn’t offer another model as an option or anything. So now I have to find another one somewhere else.

Vevor’s customer service and shipping on this unit was horrible

The unit was defective. It did not work. It was giving an error code E2 which indicates out of freon. Vevor only communicates through a ticket. They would only respond once a day. They would run me around each time and then say that they will not replace it. I would have to submit a bid for a reimbursement request. I ordered another brand Skyshalo through Home Depot. I receive a Vevor ice maker head. I said ok great they replaced it. We install that one. It too did not work. It would smoke when the compressor kicked on then the unit would shut off. Turns out, Skyshalo sent a Vevor unit. Are you kidding? Two new units that do not work? No support or resolution. We have now paid for two Vevor units and still not a working ice machine! Beware of this copmany!!!!!!! Search this company and you will see all of the others that were scammed by this company.
