Purtroppo ho avuto una esperienza negativa, con un problema alla seconda accensione. La pompetta ha smesso di funzionare e il riscaldatore non riscaldava. Ho fatto richiesta del reso ma per ora nessuna buona nuova.

Has not worked properly since purchased and received. Difficult to set up. Instructions still vague, Bluetooth not working. Not impressed at all. This was supposed to be an improved model.

Shipping was 3 days late. Heater only worked 2 days and now I have been waiting 3 days for tech support to contact me back with their reasoning and suggestion as to why we got less than 24 hours total of run time before it started throwing E04 and E03.

Heater was fine once I got it. It worked for about 2 weeks. Shut off randomly one night, started blowing white smoke, won't start, and keeps displaying error codes. I have cleaned it all and followed all recommendations. Nothing is helping it.

Of course I waited to try this until it was cold I just filled it up with fresh diesel fuel I set it up and it has an error code of e10. Of course there's impossible to reach anyone at vevor. I'm so upset because it's going to be freezing tonight and I was relying on this.

Don’t waste your money. I should have tested before going out camping but I didn’t have the time. First of all the diesel tank leaks very slowly what looks to be from the seams of the tank. Even bigger issue is it smells horribly of burning plastic when on. Couldn’t use for nights of camping in freezing temperatures. Disappointed with this product and I have bought a lot of Vevor products in the past. Definitely made me rethink their brand for future purchases.
