Will not run , customer service does not understand
Will not start. Customer service terrible. Assembled per instruction and put tru fuel premixed ethanol fuel, brand new can. Pulled to start, ran for 5 seconds and will not start. Customer Service wanted a video of it running. IT WILL NOT RUN IT WILL NOT RUN. PURCHASED 1 YEAR WARRANTY, 3 days without needed auger

Needed this ASAP for an ongoing project that has been on hold. After assembling the motor is seized! Cant pull the start cord. Piece of crap that has no quality control!!! Buy elsewhere from a reputable supplier who tests their products

Only used 1 time to test it out ran fine the first time .After that the machine woukd not start up again very disappointed with this product .Even customer service hung up on me 2 x so didn't bother to try to call back again obviously there not gonna stand behind there product .Fon t waste your time or money with this totally disgusted with the product from the word go

Auger did well on the first few holes. But then the shaft locked up and would not turn and would not crank. Requested a refund.
