I bought this item over two weeks ago. I have been getting the run around since the purchase. It did not work from the beginning never even broke ground. I reached out they sent me user guides I responded again they asked common sense questions like I can’t run a machine. We have a landscape company I am well versed in prepping priming and maintaining machines. I am certified in small engine repair. I am not going to fix what came broken. I want a new one and or refund but obviously they aren’t doing that. I sent not one but two videos of what it was or should I say what it was not doing. It seems to maybe have a sheared pin but not opening to find out or that will be another reason they can use to not help me. Horrible horrible customer service/support. My next move is better business Bureau because then they will have to give an appropriate response. I have bought several items in past from vevor but never again.
